With over 20 years of experience as a head chef, David decided to turn his passion for baking into reality by opening his own bakery in Melbourne. After spending time in renowned kitchens such as Paris' three Michelin star restaurant Guy Savoy and Cannes' Carlton, David brings a touch of French excellence to every bite at Artisanal Bakehouse.

After starting his career in France, Norway, Scotland, and Melbourne, Baptiste joined the team as an Executive Chef, continuing the expertise of Artisanal Bakehouse and bringing his knowledge and talent to the bakery.
